How far is the site gonna let these two members go before they are banned, both have enough negative refs they should have been banned some time ago.

Obvious scammers and both accounts are still active...

Traders, you need to use your head when trading, especially if you are new! Scammers prey upon new traders as they can talk you into sending first and you get scammed! Try trading/buying of people who have proven themselves as trustworthy members. As mentioned in the forum rules which was quoted from pokepop's " a fool and his cards" read it @ If you are both new and want to trade it may be simpler to get a middle man who is trusted.

Honestly, I'm quite sure these two are the same person; I made a claim asking for that to be verified based on a positive ref on salamence. The fake ref got taken away, but this...person is still at large.

Salamance is not still at large. He has been banned.
 
What do I do if the Tribunal doesn't do anything about helping me? They haven't Emailed me back, and all they have to do is contact him and tell sleep lock that he has to send, I have Insurance and DC. Please help. I don't want to be ripped the 4th TIME on this site.

We can tell him he has to send but we can not force him to. If your trade with him is bad why haven't you given him a negative ref? Enough of them and he can get banned for ripping
 
I need to know if he got mine or that sort of thing. I would like to have proof though, also, him being banned won't helo me at all. I still need $120 of my cards.

If you have the DC member that will tell you if it has been delivered to the address he gave you. That is all you need to give him the negative ref.

he ripped me hard. Now I don't have my 2nd mewtwo for my deck with states this saturday. It also puts me back on my cash I planned on making, so I probably won't have any money coming back from states. I planned on making $80 extra.

What a low blow.
