Aaron, congrats on you and your brother both getting second in your divisions!

And to make this post none spam....

As of now, there are 194 events updated.

The events averaged 45 players: 6 Juniors, 10 Seniors, 29 Masters

Macon GA

Masters - 53 (would have been 54 but they asked me to judge!)
Seniors - 15
Juniors - 5

total = 73

The Georgia Marathon really begins!

I'll post official numbers for my 4 events at the end of the week, but we had 108 today at Burlington NJ.

Wow that's impressive PokePop!! Wish we could have been there, maybe next year...

As a reminder to everyone, I'm republishing the numbers after they are reported to Pokemon, even if they aren't posted in this thread. The numbers are included on my tournament listing: http://www.pokedad.com/tournaments

Attendance and statistics updated.

This post has all the relevant cities attendance figures, it is #15 in this thread.

As of now, there have been 238 events updated.

Total of 11,126 players: 1,547 Juniors, 2,575 Seniors, 7,007 Masters

Averaging 47 Players: 7 Juniors, 11 Seniors, 29 Masters

This is the first time in three weeks the averages have changed, they changed up and only for the two younger divisions.

How many events are hitting around the average, or how far off of the average are most of the events? Or is it a number that only a few events are near and is just the balance of the biggest and smallest events?

You had a couple of marathons (GA & NJ) over the holiday period throw a curve to your averages.

'Pop, don't forget about the Ontario Marathon. When I ran these numbers it only included your four days, (which included one day wrecked by snow and a second that was probably still impacted), the first four GA events and none of the Ontario Events. So, this number should go higher as well.

ShadowCard...Here are some numbers for you.

247 Events, ranging from 8 to 114 players, averaging 47

This shows the number of events that had a specific range of participants, each step is deviating from the average (mean, not median) by 12.5% of the average.

Code:
[B]Range Events Percent [/B]
                      ________________________
29-34 25 10.1%__ \
35-40 34 13.8% \ \
41-53 72 29.1% > 35-59 127 51.4% > 29-65 168 68.0%
54-59 21 8.5%__/ /
60-65 16 6.5%________________________/

This is forming a bell curve with events clustered closer to the average, I think that is what you are after,
