ur theory about raichu killing everything is flawed ryan
u forgot about root fossil, zzzzzap cant kill it because it heals for 10 twice, removing zap damage
but, like i said in the good decks sticky... thingy, too many decks beat this to easily

Okay, the shedinja survives with root fossils. It gets to last another 1-2 turns if it's lucky. Cool.

here is the thing about the grinder, you best play will be something with pidgeot d as long as you play pidgeot d and scott to ensure the dont get much use from BF you can prolly walk through the grinder, but the only problem is what combos well with pidgeot d?

ah but in those 1-2 turns, you can bore yor opponent
be sure to knit while playing, or ask your opponent questions about the bible (and have one incase they need reference)
bring a book to read, and your opponent will either die or give up
so HA

and thats time off the clock, which means the stall strategy is working pretty well

If you play shedstall, play QUICKLY.
You shouldn't use powers, so that's more time. Just play quickly. Shedstall doesn't have much to do on their turns, and if they start playing slowly, call a judge and ask for an extension.

Shedstall is SO easy to swarm. They can't get out more than 8 fossils in a realistic game. So that's probably 8 turns *in that time you're not getting hit either, so you can build up for a swarm*, and then maybe 4 turns to KO shedinjas. Not too hard for the majority of decks out there.

Back to back posts merged. The following information has been added:

If you're dumb enough to allow a pokemon to get enough damage so that an ATM Rock would give a prize... you deserve to lose.

dude someone needs to bwin the grinder with Whiscash t2 think about it it might not be that bad no powers other than jirachi which you just swoop and the Chu is weak to fighting think about it lol

I don't like wishful thinking. For instance, I know that almost for certain, the deck I choose must be able to beat LBS. That's no mystery. Raichueggs.dec have just enough weaknesses that I can exploit as well. So if I can beat these 2 decks, I think I have a reasonable shot.

If I predict correctly, they should be the 2 most popular decks, with some Rock Lock, Mewtric in action as well. What do you guys think?

I dont think that raichu and eggs will be that big now. People know about it, i mean lot will run it and they wont have the success now, people know how to stop it, and theyr expecting it.

For example, Dark Slowking was easily the play last year, its ability to speed ahead and win on time during swiss was second to none.
That's exactly what everyone did,
and probably why 6 RL made it.
