...
Explain to me how this card will NOT break the game.
Let's analyze it to show you what I mean:
HP: 90 [For a stage one. It'll be around a while.]
Keen Eye: [...Okay, did we NOT have a problem with a certain Pidgeot? First of all, this attack requires NO energy, has NO drawback and allows you to get ANY TWO CARDS YOU WANT! ...Explain to me how this card (and it's prior stage) will not be at least x2 in any competitive deck.]
Baton Pass: [Okay, so now that you've done your searching...smack 'em for 40, retreat your Furret to safety, move its energy to the heavy hitter in your deck you just readied with Keen Eye, and win the game.]
And best of all, if that wasn't good enough for you: It's colorless. Meaning ANY deck can use it!
So, let's review:
- Faster than Pidgeot. (Stage 1 > Stage 2)
- Above Average HP for a Stage 1.
- Colorless
- Search requires no energy.
- Easy way to bail it out of trouble.
So, am I completely off my rocker, or am I at least close?
