Did you noticed the Electivire vs Magmortar pack?
The 2 Pokémon are the same in our DP3, so I can assume that most of the cards in DP3 that weren't in japanese DP3 will be from this deck, having DP4 almost untouched for our release! Nice :D
 
Jade, those pictures are too small to be translated.

As for the Magmortar vs Electivire thing... that just raises further questions. If that's where our Magmortar/Electivire/Roserade/Honchkrow/Weavile/etc is coming from, that would mean our "DP3" is basically the japanese DP3+the Magmortar vs Electivire thing, and then our DP4 will be identical to theirs... but if that's the case, does that mean that we won't be following the trend of movie-coincides-with-card-set?
Very confusing.
 
I think we will get the following from DP4 -

The Pre-Evolution and Evolution's of all of the DP4 Lv. X (including all the Eeveelutions if all 7 are in the set). I also think we will not have Darkrai, Palkia, Dialga or any of those Lv. X in SW.

Hmm ... Through this Japanese news post, we now know that Electivire and Magmortar are in a starter pack in Japan. The starter packs / theme decks are seperate mini-expansions, and the Pokémon found in them can not be found in booster packs. Maybe our DP3 is Japan's DP3 + Japan's DP3 starter packs + Japan's DP4 starter packs?

That's what I'm thinking.

What I don't get is that that would mean that their DP4 starter packs contain Electivire, Magmortar, Weavile, Roserade, Honchkrow, Floatzel, Latias, and Latios (the last three are on the pack's "official art"/wallpaper tingy) are all in the two-deck starter pack... seems a little excessive.
 
Remember that the DP3 artwork contains Pokémon that are exclusive to both the decks and the booster pack. So those Pokémon all showing up in the official art doesn't mean that they'll all be in the decks, does it?
 
I've had a native Japanese speaker trying to read these, trying every method possible (including zooming in and out in Photoshop :0), but it's not readable. Japanese can't read more than I can here: The name of the attacks, and occasional single words like "coin" and "opponent" in the attack text.

I understand you're disappointed, but this is not the way to answer people that went out of their way to try and do what you requested in your thread. Did I misunderstand something and you're refering to an other picture than this one, or are you severely disturbed and actually believe that "they" (our yourself, or anyone else) would actually be able to read highly detailed pictographic character at any size by ease?
 
Do you guys think that the Eevee will have the same sort of energy evolution ability that the Unseen Forces Eevee had? If it doesn't have that ability, does it gimp the deck?
 
If you look on Pokebeach.com, they posted up some pre-release scans of Electivire, Magmortar and Weavile from DP4 so those three cards are a start for the translations, if this helps.

Sorry about my annoyed little outburst earlier in the thread. Now I noticed that the flash animation commercial for DP3 on the Japanese website's front page has slightly larger images than the still images in the news article about the expansion. I print screened them, and these front page images were just large enough for me to make out this:

Leafeon's second attack:
"Leaf Guard", GCC: 60 damage. During your opponent's next turn, damage done to Leafeon by attacks is reduced by 20.

Glaceon's second attack:
"Speed Slide", WCC: 60 damage. This attack ignores resistance and other effects on the defending Pokémon.

The first attacks are even harder to read (so don't trust me on this), but I'll guess it's like this:

Leafeon's first attack:
"Tie Up", G: 30 damage. On your opponent's next turn, the Defending Pokémon can't retreat.

Glaceon's first attack:
"Snow Cloack", W: 30 damage. Flip a coin, if heads this Pokémon doesn't receive damage damage on your opponent's next turn? [This is partly guessing. It's like a cheaper version of Dragonite DS's first attack, if I guessed the missing words correctly]
