I was asked the other day if I would allow Dragon Set in the side events.
I will allow players to use Dragons, but if players would rather play without we will.
The side events will be run to what the players want. I will probably ask as they are registering for them which way the players want it. I can always run more then one tournament of each type. I just gotta make sure I have the prize support for it. I may have to limit the box/pack buying because of this. We will have to see how many people I have at the tournament.
This may or may not answer the question if Dragon Set is allowed in the side events, but I plan to run the side events to what the players want. I would like all of them to have Dragons in them. But I am not sure how others will feel. So I may run some smaller tournments with less prizes for those that don't fit into the majority.
I am running these tournaments to make sure everyone has fun. So what ever makes players happy. I recommend building your deck so you can slip cards in to play either format just to be safe.
I would plan on using Dragon Set if I were you though. Especially in the Mutant Tournaments.

Only 3 days left, whos all coming? Don't forget your POP #'s if you have them. Also don't forget that registration begins at 11am and ends at 11:45am. Anyone walking in after that may not be allowed to play in the main event. The earlier you get there, the more time you have to register your deck!!! Kinda excited, been getting phone calls from as far away as Chicago!!

Players will need to fill out a GBA Pokemon Registration Sheet before playing in the tournament. These sheets will be available at the tournament or you can download them below.
