Its a spread deck.
When you attack Electrode SF all of your Pokemon will take a damage counter. The chill Dusknoir will weaken your opponent's Pokemon even more, and the other Dusknoir is mainly for draw power.

Notes:
-Electivire SW+ Energy Link is because this format is lacking energy acclerators and with Felicity/Vire/Link you can get energy onto your Dusks' faster so they can attack a turn faster.
Don't dismiss the Vire line before you try it out please.

-Dusknoir DP- This deck does not really need the Dusknoir from DP in here because it is useless in this. Yes I know it has a decent power, however, I personally don't think it's useful in here.

-A 3-2-3 line with only 2 rare candy? There's only 2 rare candy because of the Duskull SW.

-Electrode SW? Your opponent won't see it coming, and 100 for 2 is nice and then it can become an energy for your Dusknoir's

Only use electrode (attack only 1 electric energy) and dusknoir, and tech 1-0-1 ampharos ^^ No electivire you deck requiered claydol^^

It's a good deck, i don't think you had vire in it last sunday though, hey Rayquaza would be kinda cool in this cause he's a basic , sure the flip thing sucks, but i think the odds of getting a heads is much better than evolving a pokemon to stage 1 by turn 2. (when it's only 1-1)

Actually, I'm finding that 2 Rare Candy isn't a bad number at all (o_O) in quite a few decks now, so... Not worrying there.
I think a Marley's Request or two would help you. You use Energy Link a fair amount it would seem, and making your opponent consider "Wait, do I want them to get back a Pokedrawer and possibly find two cards... or should I just give them the Energy Link?" can pull some fun tricks. I don't think you need 4 Felicitiys, so that could make space for one Marley's...

I also find that I like the other Voltorb in SF better (outlet). I mean, Screech is removed when a pokemon evolves (which will happen a lot in the first few turns... Hopefully Voltorb won't see the light of active play afterwards), so not as useful as I'd like....Fairly minor issue though, so go with whatever suits your fancy.

I thought about using the other one, but, since People are going to be using starters a little more now, I figured it could benefit.
Plus, if i go first, I know I will have the T2 50 if they begin with a starter.

But I do understand where u are coming from and I will consider it :)
