Good find, is it for real? Hasn't been mentioned on the gym and it'll have a famous Czech actress there?
 
Interesting. If Worlds invites are at stake, this will be huge. And when it's in Prague, people could make a trip out of it. Interesting, attractive.

Hmm sounds intresting, but it might be usefull to make publicity in english. I wanna know more about this but my czech is not up to date:wink:
 
And they should at least announce the format. It's not possible to register to the special forum they created due to the language they use for registration.

I think that if POP USA give us a single trip for the winner, the tournament will be very very interesting....

If you're interested in a cheap travel, and not afraid by a (very) long travel, you should check Eurolines. It's way cheaper than the plane or the train.
 
@andeceo: from the website there will be a travel award for each of the first place finishers based upon attendance. So the more players that attend the bigger the prize.

Didn't think much of it until I viewed their website. Those are some big plans. Opening & Closing ceremony? side events? hosted by a 4* hotel?

I guess I'm in then. I'll try to bring Maurice, Rob and the rest too. And ofc Mees is planning on going. Expect a good amount of dutchies there too. If this event lives up to the presentation it will be great.

side note; it might be interesting to keep track of the registration numbers because of the grand prize (sponsorship deal).

@Meesie: I'm pretty sure the preregistration is right at the event location on Friday, I read it on the event plan.
(10+ players from Italy will attend AFAIK)

I think it'd be the biggest european tournament so far.
