Again? You mean his invite passed down to 5th place from France? Because I don't believe you can give away invites as you please.
I'm fairly sure his invite still stands, perhaps his trip just passed down?
It happens the same that happened last year with Vakarelov.
I will explain:
Vakarelov's father is portuguese/russian (it's Victor Pinto a Masters player) and his mother is bulgarian. But Vakarelov only has bulgarian nationality, and it's complicated for him to get a visa for USA.
Why does he hasn't also portuguese double-nationality that will allow him to travel easy to USA? Because in Bulgaria it's impossible to herit of lands if we have another nationality than bulgarian. So until his majority, it will be always complicated for him to go at Worlds.
So automaticaly Nikola Vakarelov gives up the Invitation+Travel that it's automaticaly gived to the France National finalist -> Antoine Phomma european ranked 65.
