First, it only worked on the bench.
Now, it only works on the active.

Absolutely mind blowing that they can't get this right. Just take the coding from Exoskeleton and apply it to Eviolite. Jesus.

Not to mention you can stack as many of them as you want on a Pokemon (with Rocky Helmet too..). Far from fixed IMO.
