At this point, take out Typhlosion.
One question:
What's your strategy against a SP deck?

PS. If you think that Typhlosion is so under to Charizard, I'm so curious to see your deck in action. Contact me if you want to play^^
Bye ^^

I don't think that Typhlosion is so under Charizard at all. But for the strategy I was going for Charizard would play better. Personally I love the Typhlosion Prime card. I don't want to completely abandon it, I just want to maximize its use in my deck. For SP decks I pretty much was hoping to disrupt as much as possible with Blaziken.

I don't think Blaziken is a SP counter , only against Dialga G he can.
Blaziken is broken for his fist attack against Vileplume, Regice ..

For me it's better use his space for something thta make the deck more consistent and faster.

Why is balziken helpful? Charizard does 1 for 80 too, and Typhlosion is Muuuuuch better, letting you use burning wing, or energy accel with ninetails.

So you're saying have no blaziken at all? Also, for a starting pokemon, should I consider one or just leave my deck as is

The best thing is start with Charmender, T2 Charizard and Ninetales, but you need a more consistent list.

This is a more consistent list:

3-3 Ninetales (HGSS)
4-3-4 Charizard (AR)
1-1-1 Typhlosion Prime

4 Bebe Search
3 Collector
3 PONT
2 interviewer's
1 Palmer's
1 Fisherman

2 Expert Belt
4 Rare Candy
3 Pokemon Communication
2 Luxury ball (very very good in decks like this)

3 BTS

10 Fire
3 Call (maybe take out all of them for fire energies)

If you want, Spiritomb AR is good also here. If you want him:
+4 Tomb AR
-1 Luxury ball
-Typhlosion line (Personally I don't like it. Charizard discard only one energy and you use more his first attack so you don't need it IMHO)

If i were to remove typhlosion and up ninetales to 3-3 then i think I would skip the call energy for all fire considering that I won't have typhlosion anymore to return those energies.
2 Luxury balls? I understand that the more there are, the more chances to draw but once i use it, the the other card is sort of useless. I think I would throw in an extra vulpix or cyndaquil to have more chances of getting my basics early.
What do you think of that?

3-1-2 Typhlosion is unnecessary.

If you want more basics, run a starter (preferably either Sableye or Spiritomb, but Jirachi, Smeargle, and Chatot work too).

Hope I helped!

You really want a 3-3 Ninetales line, it is the best draw for fire.

You don't really need Typlosions, it will slow down the deck too much.

Don't play 2 Luxury Balls, only play 1.

I updated the list on the first page. I added 3 Chatot G as starters since they can give me trainers when needed and won't fill up my bench like sableye or tomb would cuz the less fire pokemon I have in play, the weaker my charizard, so chatot goes back into my deck not my bench so everything works out nicely.

What do you guys think now?

lol, no not Chatot G, Chatot MD.

If I were running a starter, and I had infinite money, I'd personally run Sableye.

If you do run Chatot or Smeargle, I'd run only one of each.

Hope I helped! :biggin:
