Card spoilers ahead, though you shouldn't even be on this thread if you don't want anything spoiled.
I don't know why people keep going on about how absurdly broken the card is. After all, you have to give up 2 prizes so there is little point running any more than 2-3 copies of the card. The big threat to this card is RDL who'll take three prizes off in one turn. Mewtwos big attack has some nice synergy with Jirachi, you can catcher an Emboar; hit it for 120;let them waste resources trying to retreat it; bring Jirachi into play and devolve the Emboar for a KO.
You don't even need to get specific. We should have
X-Transceiver by the time this hits, yes?
X-Transceiver, an Item that lets you snag the Supporter of your choice from your deck. Now combine with what we already have. If your opponent goes first,
Mewtwo is just hitting for 40 with a
Double Colorless Energy. Sure they can spam
PlusPower for more damage, but it means you'll probably at least have the option (unless you're still running babies) to drop an Energy and go down swinging. If your opponent uses
Pokemon Catcher to try and shut down your development... that opener is still hacking at its HP. If they take it out, they pull ahead in Prizes but you are getting your set-up done. Either way you can drop
X-Transceiver and fetch a TecH
Black Belt for an extra 40 points of damage.
This would be a concern since many decks wouldn't hit the threshold needed finish off even an injured
Mewtwo ex without a seriously good set-up, even factoring in a
Black Belt. That is where
Bouffalant comes in.
Double Colorless Energy and
Black Belt make for a three card combo hitting at 130 damage. So if you can do 40 points of damage before going for Revenge, you'll take it down and pull
ahead in Prizes. If you have to sacrifice two openers, the downside is you've only tied but the silverlining is that by tying you can't set-up for your opponent to use
Black Belt or
Twins bad, and now finishing off
Mewtwo ex should be more likely as it was just averaging 20 points of damage a turn on those openers.
This isn't to paint the card as worthless, just that with what we've got combined with what looks to precede it, it'll need that 170 HP. Opener with

Rocky Helmet - Trainer
Pokemon Tool: Attach a Pokemon Tool to one of your Pokemon. You can only attach one Pokemon Tool per Pokemon and it stays attached to that Pokemon.
If the Pokemon Rocky Helmet is attached to is your Active Pokemon and receives damage from an opponent's attack, put 2 damage counters on the Attacking Pokemon.
You can use any number of Trainer cards during your turn.
Should shave at least 20 if not 40 HP off of Mewtwo ex that is not well supported while helping in set-up... if it is aggressive it can drop it even more.

If this card is attached to a Basic Pokemon, all damage done to this Pokemon is reduced by 20 damage.
You can use any number of Trainer cards during your turn.
So it won't protect
Mewtwo ex from
Rocky Helmet placing damage counters, and of course both players can throw this on Basic Pokemon.
Once we start designing decks that can speed up
Mewtwo ex or somehow support it... well those have to survive against other decks trying to set-up and sabotage them.
tl;dr: Way way too early to tell, because there is a lot of cool and crazy stuff coming and a lot of cool and crazy stuff we got will probably become good when it gets here.
