Good luck charms?

I bring plushies. Lots of plushies.

Okay, I don't bring all of those (and no, that isn't my whole collection, either >_>). But I pretty much always bring Chansey because its Japanese name is Lucky (I have a Chansey figurine in my damage counters bag too - I collect Chansey stuff, among other Pokémon), and I'll usually bring one or two other plushies too - often a Piplup or a Togepi. (More collections.)
 
hm, well I usually cannot sleep the night before any major Pokemon event (including the JAA) and I usually never eat breakfast, usually just a snack like an apple or something.

I usually wear a pokemon shirt (usually my pokegym shirt) and my Yamato signed Charizard hat. Carrying around a Jirachi plushie and my Jirachi folder.

Thats just me though!

My good luck charm is a small Lion plushie which fits in my pocket. We've named him Pocket Lion. He's a great mascot down-under.

I try and eat a big breakfast. If I don't I'm prone to headaches and exhaustion during the day. During all our previous Nationals I always suffered around Round 3, because I didn't eat properly. However it seems to get me "buzzing" so I get a small heightened sense of awareness in games.

I generally wear my FullMetal Alchemist dogtag and my FLCL baseball cap when I go to a tournament, it does bring me some luck, but sometimes, it doesn't work too well
 
well theres always that AMAZING koga's ditto in my binder...

I also have a habit of wearing the same shirts of tournaments. I used to wear some dragon shirt that took me to tournaments all the time, and now I wear the death note shirt that someone special gave me for my bday. :D
 
I carry around my Huge Palkia Plush at the Tourneys i go to, which i won at Texas Regionals. Also, I wear my lucky hat with 12 Tourny Winner Badges.
 
I have two new good luck charms.

1) My Pokegym shirt with my name on it.

2) Presenting Mike with copious amounts of BACON the day before an event.
 
Usually I bring a Pokemon Plushie with me to a tournament that stands as my good luck charm. Salamence was the most recent one, but I think my new empoleon will be the next one.
 
I always have a really old metal Lugia coin I keep in the case with my deck and dice. I got it when I was really young and didn't actually play competitively, before I stopped caring about pokemon for a long time. I don't even remember where it came from exactly, but when I got back into it last year, I found I still had it, so I kept it with me. I get the feeling it is extremely rare because I have never seen anyone else that has one, and because it is metal, and I've never seen any other pokemon coin made of metal.
 
i wear 4 hats. ITS SOOOOOOOO GOOD!!!! 4 hats ftw, also a 20 pound backpack. (doesnt really help except for storage) :lol:
