What I saw today was 6 greats and all 4 legends.
Did all your packs come from the same single, sealed box?
Wow. If that;s typical, there would be like 1 awesomesauce card every 3 packs or so. Thats pretty amazing
Do Prime and Legend both replace the rare card? If so...and holo cards (rare holo, prime, and legend) are a combined 1:3 packs...that would be like 2 holo rare per box. So...do Prime or Legend replace the RH spot? Or are holo cards 1:2 packs now and non holo rare cards 1:2 packs?
Yes they did, we got a box for one table, with 6 of us at the table.
Our TO him self said he got just 2 Lugia Bottoms in his box iirc.

It seems like 4 - 6 Primes and 2 LEGEND pieces per box, as well as one secret rare.

^That is the best news I've heard about this set all day.
So the LEGENDS do replace Lv.X's as far as rarity is concerned.

all 6 prime pokemon

1 lugia legend part
1 Alph Lithograph trainer

I pulled one lithograph today, didn't realize that it probably is a secret rare and more uncommon than all the others.
How about 2 of these ultra rare type cards in a pack. I actually saw more primes than some cards like Jumpluff and Raichu's. Someone opened a pack with 2 Red Gyrados. Someone else open a pack with 1 part of a legend and one prime pokemon. Have others seen this sort of thing?

Based on all the info I have gathered so far this is the ratio -
5-6 Prime Pokemon per Box
3 Legend Pokemon per Box
Alph Lithograph is atleast 1 in 3 boxes if not RARER.
Red Gyarados I am unsure, but from everyone I have asked it seems to be 1 per box with it alternating from RH to Holo.
It seems that TPCi messed up again in NOT printing the Energy in RH, but I have only had one person confirm that they didn't pull any.
I hope that helps. I expect that the value of the set is going to be interesting. I am not sure if what to think as far as what is in each box.
