If you go to the link I give, there are some answers to your question. Mew-Lock looks to be mostly Stalling by Disruption, as the only big "hitter" in the lineup is Wobbuffet.

Why do you think Jynx is in the deck?

It's not for looks, I can tell you that.

Flaming_Spinach: I appreciate the informational update. As I've been saying, this thread is a nexus for information. Me saying that Wobbuffet is the only big hitter in Mew-Lock is based on its attack strength only, not its possibilities. Naturally Pure Power can be as deadly as any other attack, and of course it can be stopped in a number of ways. So, all things being equal, 7 damage counters to 1 Pokemon looks a bit stronger to me than 3, even if distribution of the damage counters can be controlled, and even if Jynx is the main hitter.

That said, I haven't posted these things in the synopsis on page 1 of the thread. This was just to answer Brock.

thank you, and i do agree, from one kid i played his deck was jus pure power and beat down kinda deck, but that kind of strategy can work fine for one single pokemon with a single attack (basiclly how most decks are made)

if the controlablity of hte damage done to the pokemon you'd basiclly be takingo ut the main attack and the bench at the same time im assuming.

30. Machamp (new). React Energy is the center of the deck. Huntail LM and Delcatty LM are used to find and move the React. Machamp, the recipient, can then hit for 60, 80, 100 or more. Machamp HL is anti-EX tech. I've seen this deck.

Check my signiture
Power Block Machamp
This deck is extremely good and positively helpful check it out Im the creator of the deck. Thank me

lol i need some credit

I like it, but your deck appears to be a synthesis of Powblock and Machamp: Queendom-type template. Both of these are already listed. Not that your deck isn't good, and all due credit is yours :)

Miamisportsfan45-Ummm, I was talking about powdachamp back in Febuary. Played it at 2 states, coming 2nd at one of them. Jynx's pure power places 4, not 3, big difference. Need to say, nice work KingGengar with all of this organization. Must help new players alot.

add deck ideas (popular only please), etc. I will update as I can.
1st seed at MD States (3rd in single elim) played ShedStall, as did 1st seed at Rockville GC (5th in single elim).

The strategy is to do damage with cursed stone or desert ruins, while stalling with fossils and attacking with shedinja (your opponent gets not prizes from it because of its Poke-Body). You should have lots of Pokemon Retriever. My version had 2-1-2 Jumpluff and only got 2-4 at Rockville GC

Shedstall looks like it's getting some recognition. Let's wait and see. In any event, Shedinja survived the format cut, so another year to perfect this deck! :)

Shedstall/ Fossil swarm CANNOT take 6 prizes.

It can win in 30 minutes, thus it might make top cut, but never win a tournament. Better players will have patiences against the deck. A judge should give a game loss if you try to stall out one game for more than one hour.

Put it away until the GRINDER.

"Puts together a shedstall and makes plans to grind"

I agree. Shedstall gets eaten alive in tournaments with top cuts.

Fortunately, we rarely have such tournaments at Aardvark Gym:smile:

A few comments about KingGengar's opinions.
-Spinning tail does not work on Root Fossil (everything else, yes)
-Rare Candy should be in the deck for benched Nincada, so if it gets hit by Steelix EX, etc., no prize for your opponent.
-ATM Rock is worthless against Shedinja. Nincada and Shedinja have the same HP.
-ATM ice, would be a problem though. As would Manectric EX and Houndoom. I can't find a way to counter them. Autoloss? Maybe, but as FS says all the time, matchups mean a lot. There are autolosses for nearly everything and you just have to bear it.
-Space Center is a nice tech, (against Lati@s) as long as you're not playing the Jumpluff version of ShedStall.

I'm not trying to change anyone's mind. Just felt like saying a few things about the deck.

No problem ninetales, but we have to leave the discussion there. The administrator doesn't want the thread to become a forum for touting. It's supposed to be informative... that's why it's sticky. Thanks for the input though. Tom

Wait, maybe you should add Raiphlosion. You Zzzap 20 to everything with a body or power (Including Typhlosion, thus powering rage) attach a root, and hit big to everything. Adding on to their previous damage. (1 Zzap + 1 Rage + Burning Aura/curse stone = dead Pidgeot)

If you post it, tell them I invented it. ^^

I'm also currently working on some Raichu decks. This one sounds promising. Let me know how it works out. However, in this thread, I'm only posting the "accomplished" decks which are either very popular or have placed in high in major tourneys.

On a personal note: how about that Liability, hanging in there for one more year!
