How's my Salemance/Mightyena/Medicham

Can you get poke'mon like feraligatr, meganium etc. from Pokemon Collesium??? And can they be put on Ruby or Sapphire.
Yes, and yes as far as I know. Haven't actually beaten Colosseum yet.

If you keep Medicham and and Salamance, I would suggest either a Water type mixed, prolly Lanturn, or something defensive like Dusclops or a Regi.... or switch Kindgra for Salamance, and add something Absol or or something... I suggest Kingdra, or a Lati is even better if you wanna Uuber esque Poke, since they are not doubley weak to Ice...

Generally I would go one Physical attacker, 1 Special attacker, and 1 filler, either a defensive or variety type Pokemon.
I believe I have already stated this....

As far as a Water Type, you can go Feraligatr or Swampert (or Blastoise if you have access to it), or Lanturn. You could even go with Kingdra, but that leaves you a little vulnerable to Dragons. Movesets of course would vary, but you would basically want Surf and Ice Beam and 2 fillers depending on which is used. Natures also would vary. If you want one of these, and would like a full moveset and EV training, let me know which, and I will gladly give one.

If you wanted to go a defensive route, there is nothing better than Dusclops for this. Even with the slew of new Pokemon released in FRLG and Colisuem he is still one of the best. A good moveset (and the one I am curently using) is

Dusclops @ Leftovers
Sassy, Carefull, Calm

Will-o-Wisp/Toxic
Protect
Double Team/Night Shade
Rest

Know if you EV train it, I suggest maxing its 2 defensive stats. This works for the best, trust me. The reason the nature on it is beneficial to its Special Defense is because W-o-W/Toxic takes care of its Defense by lowering the opponents Attack. Know DT/Night Shade is personal choice, whether you want to speed up the battles or go all out stall. Night Shade is really the only attack Dusclops can use that will do big damage, and it teamed with the Burn or Poison will quickly end battles. Just use Protect every other turn, and rest as needed. If you wonder into a Pokemon it cannot Burn or Poison, it can still stall, and use its Ability to help win. Leaving your opponents with just Struggle...

Swampert is a possibility Lv91.Lanturn is in its 30s so no can do.Feraligatr and Blastoise I can't do don't have a Game Cube or Pokemon Colluesum.Don't have a Dragon Scale but could try getting one but stll it would be in its 30s.

Well, here goes

Lanturn
Any nature that is Minus to Attack (Modest and Timid work well)

You'll wanna battle a lot of Spinda, they will help increase your Special Attack. Others you could battle would be Zubat/Golbats for speed, and Marrill for HP (Lanturn gets pretty high HP markings if I recall)

A couple of movesets

Rain Dance
Surf
Thunder
Ice Beam/Confuse Ray/other... (T Wave??? if it can learn it)

Thunder Bolt
Surf
Ice Beam
Confuse Ray/other

Leftovers or Chesto Rest can go a long way here, so be aware of that...

Swampert. This ones tricky. He is versatile enough to not go straight AT or Sp At. I would use a Nutrual nature, and go pretty much like mine is...

Swampert @ whatever item you have handy that is usefull
Nutrual

Surf
Ice Beam, Return
Earthquake
Roar, Mirror Coat, Curse

To raise, battle a lot of Shuppet/Banette or Carvanah/Sharpedo to boost AT, and Spinda again to boost Sp AT.

Once you have battled enough to earn the Effort Ribbon (check with the girl next to the Energy Guru in Slateport ) you can battle whoever to quickly raise it to 100. (I generally plow throughthe Elite 4, random encounter trainers, and Sky Pillar to level up quickly)

So Lanturn or Swampert would only take a week to get to Lv100?!Your suggestions on who to battle?
Well how I raise my Pokémon is (I EV train and then do this mind you) is to have an already high-level Pokémon just Exp Share the lower-level through the elite four a buncha times (Rekkukuza is good for this because of Outrage) until they're strong enough to beat the Elite Four in one or two moves per Pokémon, then you just run them through the Elite Four a buncha times until they get to level 100. Even then I keep the Exp Share on it for every little bit of exp that the Pokémon can get.

Edit: Also while I do give 2 HP EVs, beware the fact that I can plow through entire teams while I'm asleep.

Thanks for the Lv training suggestions Marril and thanks for all your info Spectreon.I already have an effort Ribbon on my Swampert his nature is Calm.Is that nutral dang I hope it is.

Nuetral natures are Bashfull, Serious, Hardy, Quirky, and Docile...

Lanturn holding Leftovers, Scope Lense, whatever

Rain Dance
Surf
Thunder
Ice Beam

Go Modest if you want a stronger Special Attack, or Timid if y9ou want extra speed. I suggest Modest. Rain Dance boost Surf even more, and thunder hits 100%. Ice beam for grass.

Swampert holding Shell Bell, Leftovers, Quick Claw
(any of the above nuetral natures)

E-quake
Surf
Ice Beam
Mirror Coat

Swampert is pretty strong, again Ice Beam for Grass types. Mirror Coat when you know you will be bonbarded by a special attacker (except likely a Grass hitter, you may not survive....)

My Lanturn is Timid and I have ran it through the leuge for some exp and right away EV trained it against marrils and spinda.I deposit withdraw ext.I know how to ev train. My Swampert probaly the only one i'll ever get has a nature of Clam wich isn't nutral.Perhaps I cna still use it.All this time I've forgot about Medicham.Couldn't get Shadow Ball don't know where to get it maybe I used it on someone already.Lanturn's current stats:
Lv32
Timid

Defense43
SP.Attack66
Sp.Defence54
Speed59
Attacks

grrr..... well, you asked... Pokemaster.... so I will break it down for you...

Swampert
W/Shell Bell
Surf
Dive
Earthquake
Muddy Water
3 Water attacks, you are nuts... there is rarely a reason to have more than 1 attack type per Pokemon.... so.. drop 2. I suggest keeping Surf, but you could keep Muddy Water instead. Add Ice Beam, a nice attack to use against Grass types (double weakness, plus Ground and Water attacks are next to useless on them), lastly add Mirror Coat or Roar....

Kyogre
W\Nevermeltice
Waterfall
Ice Beam
Thunderbolt
Water Pulse
Again with the multiple Water attacks...Make Surf the only water attack, Ice Beam, Thunder (more powerfull and more accurate thanks to Drizzle) and either Rest or Ancient Power (AP is only here if you want a way to kill Shedinja). If you use Rest, hold a Chesto or Lum Berry... Also note that for battle tower and Tourneys, this pokemon is not allowed...

Swellow
Aerial Ace
Double Team
Fly
Endeavour
And for the third time in a row... now 2 of the same type attacks!!!! Drop Fly for Return (a hefty STAB attack, assuming you train it well) and let it hold Focus Band. Also note that Quick Attack (over Return) is a nice little 'gotcha' move after an Endeavor....

Flygon
Crunch
DragonBreath
Rock Smash
Sand Tomb (temporaraliy)
Not bad, but not good.... Rock Smash horrible (note that the only good HMs are Surf, and occassionally Dive/Fly).... Sand Tomb with this set, not great.... Dragon Breath, debatable... Crunch can stay...Now held item is up for grabs, anything would work... Try Earthquake and Roar, then choose between Breath and Claw for the dragon attack (Claw has more power, but a 30% chance to Para is sweet too). If you choose breath, consider holding a Kings Rock....

Latias
Mist Ball
Psychic
Refresh
DragonBreath
Again, 2 attacks of the same type.... drop Mist Ball.. Psychic is better overall... Dragon Breath vs Dragon Claw.. again both are good, here I would defenitely go Claw though... refresh is ok, but I prefer Recover here... for the last attack try an elemental attack to round out your team, like T-bolt....

I also notice there are only 5 Pokemon on your team, so you may wanna find a 6th to help round out your team... you have simular weaknesses throughout the team... 2 to grass, 3 to Ice, 2 to Lightning. Since Grass and Ice are the 2 biggest, consider a Fire Type, especially Blazekin... his Fire/Fighting type combo is good here....

You could, but you kinda went screwy on the nature... the one you have is -AT, + SD.... now that hurts E-Quake a little, but it still gets STAB, so you could opt to keep it... it sorta depends on what it knows... I dont supose you breed it with Mirror Coat did you (with this nature, Coat is a great AT....)
