First off all, add a Gardevoir, since you want two Gardevoir on your bench, if one's in your prizes you're pretty much screwed. I don't like the three Wobby idea, but I'll leave it since it's solid.
Energy: Nice job.
Trainers: We only have room for 23 now, so I'll start from scratch. 4 Reporter is good, and 3 POR, better. Go 4 potion, 2 oran berry, since we have some hand shuffling in this deck, and those help to attach to your benched pokemon that get Psy Shadowed on. Drop a Warp Point and that Weakness Guard, Wobbuffet does Weakness Guard's job, it's not needed. The Fan Club is a good idea in this deck for getting out Wynaut even if you don't draw him in your opening seven. Other than that, looks pretty decent, I didn't have to do so much. Nice job.

Try it out, Victor. Next time don't just for help from San Diego residents, that isn't too smart, because only a few people on this board live in San Diego. You can get help from all of us instead. Trading is a different story. You can trade online in the Trading Post Forum of this site for cards if you wish, but asking only deck fixage from people living near you doesn't really make much sense.

Well Weakness Guard does come in handy sometimes.One time I needed to attack with my Gardevoir Ex but I was afraid of a espeon on the bench that was waiting to be boosted,so I attach Guard and kill his active and my worries of espeon disapear.Also IMO 3 Wobbufet are needed for the baby power psy shadow combo and Wobufets can be used after your set up with wynaut.

I don't mean to be rude, but Gardevoir is an archetype that a huge number of people play. It is a good deck but no orginality is involved in it. You don't even need to be a good pokemon player to use the deck. It sets up fast and is a pain in the butt to deal with, but I don't see why you would need help building it, there is a ton of these types of decks posted everywhere.
