If they rotate they will rotate by year IMHO. Everything that came out last season will be gone leaving us at LA-on.

In the new set (PoTF?) it comes some new draw power cards, dodrio and staraptor.
And some grass pokemon support, Parasect and Mascuerain.
But breelom combo with the SW Breelom so either DP-on MT-on or MD-on......maybe

Japan doesn't make cards to work in our format. Of course the new Breloom will work with the GE Breloom...in Japan, but in America, that combo won't be possible most likely.

And again, I would prefer the DP one as LV.X base due to it's Power. Mountain Scrap is weak energy cost wise and it's effect conditional.
