Patriarch - Quick question (on behalf of both Jim and I): Though no rulings have been made on PK cards yet, should we assume that Absol EX's pokepower works as an "Up to" sort of thing, or must there be 3 counters on that one pokemon to move? Could you move just 2? 1, if there were only one on a pokemon?

Ok wait wait wait why would you rule it as up to if there has been no official ruling on it yet I am sure if his effect where ment to be up to then it would have been worded on the card.

Jokerboi: because the text on that card is so horrendously worded (or at least the promotional image for it), I decided to step in and make my own call. However, the ruling applied fairly to both competitors.
