I'm 99.99% positive they don't make the cards there. I think that it's just their head office. IIRC, I think they're manufactured at PCL in Japan.
 
The cards are printed in an unknown location. TPC contracts printing work out to third party companies so in theory the location could have changed over the years. TPC doesn't want the general public to know the location of where cards are printed.

I guess being 6 hours ahead of you guys makes time seem to go 2x slower. It sure felt that way on Friday...

I still don't get why they changed the trophies though. The glass ones looked so much nicer. :(

I will say that if it is Vancouver, which is what the rumor is, it to me is a poor location. I'm not sure that I like that choice at all.

for tourism areas, hawaii is a good place to be. in general, hawaii is not a good place to be
