Well I know who your facing with the muk deck,it's pretty much the exact copy of mine(I built it for them).Honestly the only thing u can really do against a muk deck is hope and pray they get a horrible start and u get an awesome one to take them out fast(but we've never seen that deck get a horrible start). There is no tech counter against, it's completly designed to take out poke power decks.Just hope u don't face that person.

What else do Muk EX decks usually have in them? I've never seen one, though I saw that the 11-14 winner in the Riverside Ca Cities won using Muk/Arcanine.

he means letters obv

anyway, id go with warppoint, its your best bet at killing grimer early. if he does get muk out, own his face with multi energy on rayquaza. just stall with one of your weaker pokemon and power up ray manually. its really tricky because in this type of scenario, first one that techs wins. Its just the fact that your at a disadvantage because muk ex NORMALLY gets out faster.

you can try dropping the Trans line ( manatric) and adding in Sandstrom Espeon if you think it'll be the big of a problem. blaze shoudl have no trouble powering up ESpeon with it's colorless acctak. and if the muk has all the nrg ( only needs 3 on that side) then esp can hit it with one hit for a KO....

Although SuperWooper may be lacking in tact I think he is correct on the strategy. You might want to try a Jynx or two. OHKO if you can get just 40 damage on Muk with other poke's.

Actually, the line is 4-4 on Muk, 4 Rosie, 4 Wobbs, 4 Fast Ball and so on... lol Gee, I wonder who that player could be? ;)

I remember now that you have a deck like that too, but you were not the person I was referring to.

O so u mean the OTHER Muk deck! OOOOOOOOOO ok, but he runs the same thing w/ Moo-moo... so either way, it's the same.

Now Swampert EX, Was this the same Muk EX deck that you played at FX? We all know how well that went. :p

I dont know, maybe play some double rainbow energies in your deck, that way, with quaza you can do 110 damage in 2 turns and knock out muk ex, even with low pressure system in play.

Double Rainbow Energy cannot be attached to a Pokemon-EX last time I checked.

actually i was thinkin about the counter for it.drop the manectric line and the electric.add multi/rainbow and magmas claydol. It can still move energy around and muk is weak to it.

Actually, we do! It beat the top decks there and lost to crappy rogues, so if the question is does it beat the top decks, that'd be a big YES. so in ur face.:thumb:

But Magma's Claydol is "Once during your turn before you attack blah blah you may move AN ENERGY card blah blah". That means only one energy, not multiple.

Oooooooooooooooooooooooops.

Kyogre, get that off your siggy!

:p :p :p :p :p

Yeah Swampert I've played Muk, some good ones too, I can beat 'em with my Amphy deck, not sure about Blazy, but I setup before them w/ TurboAmphy. I didn't even go first and won in 2 of 3. It might have been partially because of bad luck, but if there's even a small chance of Muk doing so badly, there's a reason I haven't played it.
I don't have apprentice, I prefer real life. But I have AIM, so if you want to AIM battle gimme a holler, takin on all challengers...especially muk players :p.
