yeah a locked in crystal beach is a huge, nearly impossible, obstacle for ludi.

your best bet would be to play tight, benchwise. take some time to set up so you can unload your scrambles. banette will always be ahead in prizes.

your right except the fact that most of them play 3-4 crystal beaches and doom locks it again ludi. You can do it once but they ko you back shady move and 90.

Surly you don't need a huge bench when you're not attacking with the swing dance.

And there's a secret tech that can easily do 90 right back, which means Ludi just has to spend its resources killing one more Bannete, which isn't hard to do.

Well if you believe so Dark Jake please pm jigglypuff666 the secret tech. After all this thread is to help him out with his deck. Instead of saying secret tech which won't help him, then please pm him the list and ask him to keep it a secret if you wish. Give him your opinion on certain match ups and that would be that. Take care man ;-)

Hey there, last time I checked, this isn't the Pokegymian Empire of Captain Petey, so I can give advice the way I feel like. I'm not going to give out lists my friends and I spent a hard time perfecting, but I am simply telling you that it most definitely can defeat Boom.

o_0? lol ok yea it is up to you, and if you feel you don't want to pm jigglypuff666 your tech and match ups its totally up to you. Gl with it sounds good

Jigglypuff666 - one more thing, I'ld cut the 4 Battle Frontiers for 1-3 Holon Legacy (does the same thing but better) and use the extra spaces for somthing like switch or a 4th Windstorm. With luck I'll see ya Sunday.

legacy does NOT work in ludicargo! you make metagross lose its fire weakness against you. that's digging your own grave.

Sorry, completly forgot about that, I'm like playing Legacy over BF in all my decks, but in Ludi with fire fair dos

Thanks for all of the replies, keep them coming!
DarkJake-please either PM me this "secret tech", or post what it is on the thread, otherwise you are not helping me. Not as though it really maters, because as far as I know, no one plays Boom, but you never know...
Captain Petey-I dont have any Umbreaon Ex, so that tech is thrown out of the window, but what variation of the Holon Engine should be used?
Kempley05-I'm not going to play Holon Legacy for the reason stated above.
Anyway, I had a three of test games last night against one of my red face paint decks. I ended starting with a lone Aipom twice, lost one (Gyarados delta anyone), but won the other two (thank you for all of those who sugested Abok delta, worked like a charm). The deck as a whole seems fairly consistent even without the Holon Engine, ut I haven't tried it out, so I don't know what's better. Well, yet, anyway.

Pfft

I already told you how to fix this deck. Use Holon engine + Jirachi. It does not work any other way, I've tried, trust me, Plusle seems like a good idea, but MetaNite will play smart and keep most of its powers in hand, and then when it's ready, just kill the plusle off rather easily.

the thing with plusle is that ludi plays very few energy that you can attach to basics on the first turn. i only run 6 i believe (4 water, 1 holon WP, 1 heal). plusle is a very inconsistent start.

Thanks for all of the help, keep it coming!
DarkJake-what I meant was the numbers for all of the surporters.
grash0p-incase you haven't noticed, mine plays 8 energies that can be attached to basics (4 water, 3 fire, and 1 Holon WP). Plus Tauros is much beer in this deck.
Cities report-I ended up coming third with this deck, which isn't too bad. Went 4-1 in the swiss, losing only to a great Metanite made by Kemply05. Had to face a Flygon Ex d deck in the semi-final, losing because of a damaged Tauros, but beat a Typlosion deck in the third place play-off. All in all, the deck preforemed very well, but keep helping the deck, it needs to be improved!

Tauros is not the play. Jirachi is + holon engine. It's called consistancy

Tauros>Aipom+Slugma=T2 search and draw - its the way I set up in mine. Jigglypuff666 played this today and finsihed 3rd. Congrats and GG:thumb:

Thanksz for all of the replies, keep them coming!
Kemply05-thanks for backing me up on Tauros, for this deck, it is the play. Also, who won the final?
DarkJake-tell me how many of each Holon supproter to play, and I'll find out myself what is more consistent.
im me-thanks. Arbok was great and has a lot of potential, especially if lots of holon decks start appearing.

Thanks for the replies, keep them coming!
Kemply05-congratulations! Flygon Ex is very mean. Unfortunatly, it beat me in the semis.
DarkJake-you keep saying "Jirachi+Holon Engine", but I'll only try it out if you can tell me how many of each Holon Supporter to play since there could be alot of variations. Or, maybe a whole Ludicargo list with Jirachi and the Holon Engine, but Tauros worked on Sunday, so it seemed to be the play then.
