Ashley didn't win today either, she came in third. However, we had a drawing for the Prerelease poster and she won that! That was very cool.

Anyway, in LA we had 56 today:
10 &U- 7
11-14- 19
15 & U- 30

Those numbers could be off by one or two in the upper two categories- I never did an accurate count. Cattdreams might have them though, or Chrisbo.
I think everyone had fun today.
One surprise was a tie for first in the 11-14 age group! We had to have a playoff for first.
Anyway, thank to all of the players- you guys were a great group!

I feel so bad for beating Ashley now. Since I did not come in the top 8, I should had let her win so that she would had gotten in a higher position. Who knows? Maybe I would had battled someone else for the next round and beaten them or something.

Hehe, I learned today that the Psychic Metang's second attack can not be used against Regice ex. :D I just wish that more people would try to have more fun and not be so serious and competitive during battles. Whatever happened to having fun with Pokemon?

Anyways, I still had lots of fun. I loved showing all the kids the Jirachi movie. Everyone seemed to love Flygon in the movie and everyone thought Jirachi was "cute" and that it was like a "baby." :lol: That made the 24th time I have watched the movie, literally. :D

I hope to see everyone soon! I don't think there will be any more tournaments until August.
 
ergh...i couldnt make it to the LA prerelease. anyone know who won in the 11-14 and 15+?

speaking of 15+...

SD's prerelease was probably my last time playing in the 11-14 division :eek:. i bet ashley(& nicole) and steven are glad ;) . well...hope to see everyone at comiccon in july.

well i went 3-3 after losin the last 3 and 1 one them i would have won if he didnt top deck the sealeo but you are turnin 15 :D jk i wanted to beat you to one more time or atleast attempt to but know when is the other kevin turnin 15? im postin my decklist for help becuase wigglytuff ex is cool well do the wave guys

I think I can speak for all of the 11-14 year-olds by saying

I won the 15+ with my regice ex and kyogre ex and 38 energy deck.
My record was 5-0-1.
