I'd enter, but I won't get my game/DS until Christmas. Maybe they'll do multiple tournaments of these?

It has to do with the reduced air resistance I think.

I got MK:DS the day it came out...I'm not good at it. :/ Wish I could snake. T_T I just got pwned by two 1337 snakers. :O One had a Reggie emblem. :O

Okay so when a car of same fender length and car width, like NASCAR or INDY Car, all the car are of equal widths and fender and spoiler degrees.

Well If you go directly behind someone, the car in front of you has to push all the air. You on the otherhand, have no air to go through thus making you go faster because of no air resitance.

Now in Auto Racing such as NASCAR. They travel to big tracks where braking is not needed so the cars can travel in packs up to 43 cars. So If you have a line of cards single file, they will travel faster than a car by itself or cars racing side by side. So you never want to lose the draft or else you will be lapped.

the air above the first car travels right over the second car.

That is the best example of the Draft

You can also bump draft by tapping the car in front of you ONLY when you are on a straightaway or you will spin the car in front of you out. This technique also speeds your car or kart up.
 
Man I need to find a 24 hr WiFi around here... or I wish I could just afford the darned thing.... Finally set up a connection and was playing at Mickey D's earlier, but they freakin were about to close when I went up there a bit ago.... I am sure if I went out searching I could find other places, but I just got depressed and gave up... oh well, theres always tomorrow before work tomorrow afternoon. Dont Barnes and Nobles have WiFi? Where else would be good (I live in Texas btw... If I lived in NY or Vegas there wouldnt be a problem!!!)
 
I am getting my usb adapter friday in the mail, friggin wireless router is retarded. The usb adapter isnt cheap either :/
