Midwest Regionals 4/17/2010 Wisconsin Dells

I might be going... MAYBE. just went to the wilderness the tournament's being held at last week. THE PLACE IS HUUUUGGGGEEE!!! Awesome waterparks too.

I know this wasn't directed toward me, but I have some answers for you. Side events will be held Friday night before the main event and Saturday night starting during the top cuts. These side events will cost $5 to enter and will be 8-man, single elimination pods. Prizes are 3/2/1/1 boosters, and those that come out with no prizes will be entered into the raffle for a chance to win a booster during the main event. These details can be found on midwestpokemon.info. Its also the same as what we did last year.

There was a vendor last year so I would assume it will be the same vendor this year. Great prices on single cards! Also, if you want to just include the link, that would be great since that's our official site for the region.
 
There will at least one vendor there. Same great guy that was there last year. I am trying to have a second vendor lined up too, but on a much smaller scale than there other person. Either way there will be lots of stuff available.

On another note, this year the venue has promised that the food vendors that the hotel provides will be much closer than they were last year. If thats true, getting a bite to eat will be even easier.

We are inside of 2 weeks to go. Anyone excited yet?:rolleyes::lol::rolleyes:

No, sorry. We are quite a ways from you, unfortunately. If you did want to come from Denver, we would welcome you with open arms, but its something like 1600+ miles.:eek:

There may be one right in Colorado, but if not, there should be one in a bordering state. Best bet is to ask you local league leaders/TO/PTO or to check out www.pokemon.com and look for the organized play link. There should be a tab there that lets you find events in your area.

im trying to get my dad to book a room before they run out
 
only 1 more week. got my room and hopefully the last cards for my deck some in on tuesday. hopefully i can make top cut.
 
Dude, a cubs game??? Baseball season just started and there are plenty of chances this summer to go to a cubs game. Only 1 chance to play at regionals this year.
Do the right thing.
 
That is true, but its the only time I"LL be able to go to a cubs game. They are expensive you know. Plus my friend is taking me and i don't want to be rude to them, and its a huge might cus its only if her bf is a jerk to her still. I'll know by Wednesday if i am going to the game or regionals.
