Alright then, I'll edit the original post and give Spike the win over you since that's how you want it. Thanks for cooperating in the tournament though. Appreciate it. Look for more of my tournies between here on Pokegym and Smogon. Situations will be handled better as I get more experience at hosting these tournaments.

You missed the ending of the Loser's Bracket. It ends today! Finish your matches today! Pairings for the Playoffs will be put up tomorrow or tonight around midnight. Not sure which yet, depends on my schedule. Thanks for being patient everyone and good luck!

looks like i'm gonna have to drop this tournament, my ds (which was already broken cosmetically) stopped working today. sucks for me : (
 
i dont have a choice. the screens show black and it only stays on for a second (its not the battery). soonest nintendo can fix it and get it back is 3-4 weeks : /
 
First, I'd like to express my disappointment that you're giving the 3-0s (and formerly Spike) an auto-advance to the top 8. Everyone should have to battle equally...I mean, we all battled hard enought just to make it into the playoffs (the 2-1s), and now you want to have us risk our top 8 spot by battling people who lost initially anyways from the loser's bracket? I just don't get it... but I swear, I will not lose again due to a dang Garchomp's Sand-butt Veil making me miss 4 times in a row >.>
 
When should the first round of playoffs be done by? I imagine some people in there we will be in Origins this week, and i want to figure out when i have to play again. Thank you.
 
Um..I dunno why I'm in the playoffs. I dropped a while ago because theres no wifi at the hospital, and I don't know how long I'll be here.

Okay, well, when you think about it. You played the first three rounds to determine who gets a first round bye to/in the playoffs, to make the playoffs automatically and not risk having yourself eliminated in Loser's Bracket, and to determine your schedule as to who each person plays once playoffs start. Not to mention, anyone that was put into loser's bracket may have had a horrible pairings and has the potential to go deep into the tourny and make up for what they may have done wrong during a misplay. You worked hard to make the playoffs automatically but the other people are having to work harder just to make it through Round 1 of the playoffs.

Whenever everyone else finishes there matches. As of right now, there isn't a time limit. So just wait it out until I feel there needs to be a time limit. I'll keep in mind that origins is soon and be considerate for that. Just check back from time to time to see how many people finished there matches at the moment of you checking.

I figured since your opponent dropped and the other failed to contact any of his opponent's, you should get a win over them. Even though you dropped, I gave you the win because one of your opponent's dropped as well. You had the more considerable reason to drop, considering you're in the hospital for cancer and all, I gave you the win over him since you actually want to stay in the tourny but couldn't finish your matches on time due to being in the hospital. I figure, if I give you the win over him, you'll be out in time to finish your matches. Good luck, man.
 
Alright, then you shall be dropped. I don't see how it's screwed up.

Edit: To be honest with you, the tournament is not screwed up. It's just a good tournament to get people where they really deserve to be. It proves the skillful from the unskillful. If you don't like the way I'm running this tournament, then maybe you should drop.
