he has this cranial object known to some as a brain... im not entirely sure what one would look like, and apparently that applies to about half the people on this site.. obviously it isnt a myth like previously assumed....

I was in the shower in the hotel right after nats, and thinking about all the decks that showed up and won, and what would be needed to win.
Absolutions won because it had an answer for every deck that was played at nats, but i really didn't like it's mario match up so i thought about what card/s could be played, that would help... outta nowhere i ust start thinking about slowking.... from there i figured how to manipulate the different tools in order to make the deck better. Theni it was simple to tweak and a jirachi tech for surprise and voila a very strong deck... to bad it rotates out in 5 days...lol


anyway on to my next deck for a new season....
Anyone with the cards might wanna build a kingdra EX deck, with NO strong and fast lightning decks, kingdra really is a beastly deck, and the only cards it loses are transciever and farmer which can be replaced by castaway.
 
no, this loses to banette. i ohko umbreon and sableye, then the rest of your deck with banette. not that it matters since neither of us will ever play either deck in a modified legal tournament again.
 
how do you OHKO umbreon? and Sableye disables your Shadow Chant, meaning you would have to retreat and bring up a new Bannette. Umbreon has RESISTANCE to bannette and would survive a bannette attack.
 
1 way to OHKO a Umby ex with Banny ex:

Attach Crystal Shard to Banny.
Use Banny's power to move 10 dmg to Umby
Attach PlusPower

But, meh.. :rolleyes:
 
@ Muk Man: Kingdra ex's problem NEVER was lightning types because its attack eliminates weakness, its been about being slow with a capitol S
 
looking at the grinder decks that made it in... This deck would have done so well!!!!! Too bad...

and Umbreon is resistent to Banny...Nevermind... we all know how the banny/umbreon match up goes..lol but kingdra is far from slow, it just had major problems with Ray D ex, and metanite.

wish you coulda made it to the grinder, this woulda done great!

For the Lucario/Eeveeloutions match up... Jirachi SHield punch would have won the Game KO the lucario and stop the eeveeloution powers the evolve with out the effects...they would have tried to attack with umbreon, but i would just use my umbreon to bring something else up and continue to take more prizes then them, then i would vappy and fast wave the umbreon to death. thats 4 prizes 1 lucaro 1 basic and 1 umbreon=4 prizes....man i wish i would have went!!!
