need help with a team

ok i got a latias and i have this move set for him:
psychic
recover
ice beam
??? (i still need it 4th move it still has charm)

so what you think the 4th move should be?

I recommend a defensive move. Since Latias is weak to ice Thunderbolt works decent (most Ice types are also Water type pokemon)
