Flavor Text - Aggron commonly live in the mountains, and build up anger until they go on a Rampage, destroying anything in sight most scientists are still clueless as to why this occurs.
Strategy - Wow. Finally a viable mill card? Yes, Rampage, Aggron's PokeBody does stack, so you could be milling up to 5 cards a turn with uber setup...
In DP Format- Play this with Doisadons (Stage 2, when put into play discards the top 3 cards off opponent's deck), Nidoqueen, and multiple Holon Circle, TM01, and other stalling cards (maybe something with Double Bubble?). And GOGOGO, MILLMILLMILL, yes, you win by deckout, by milling those cards with Rampage and Metal Crash.
In DX-On Format- PLay it with Nidoqueen and Jirachi DX to setup quickly, get an Aggron up and start stalling, you might opt to include Celebi to get any cards you discarded back into play or to get TM01 and Holon Circles back, maybe Pidgeot POP2 to cycle Celebi and keep a healthy deck. Definately use multiple transcievers and farmers to cycle cards back in so your opponent decks out first, and maybe use some POR, too.
Oh, and go
