Battle Roads are constructed deck tournaments using the Modified format (Diamond and Pearl thru Legends Awakened), each player will need to bring their own 60 card Modified deck, dice, damage counters, and coins. This tournament is FREE to play in. After the swiss rounds, we will do up to a top cut of 4 (attendance pending) for each age group. The prizes will be awarded to the top 2 in each age group:
1st Place - 8 Booster Packs of Legends Awakened and a Trophy Promo Card
2nd Place - 4 Booster Packs of Legends Awakened

Alright! New Season. Fresh start. Hope everyones ready! Wats up w/ the solidery or watever? I've never heard of it and I live 5 mins away!
 
The Soldiery has been in business since the 90s. Heather D, and James R have both talked up the Soldiery to me, so with things at Alleycat looking grim, I decided to give them a shot.
 
Are the prizes Majestic Dawn or was that leftover from the cut and paste> :)

Soldiery is a gaming store near OSU campus. They sell Pokemon and supplies and other gaming and CCG items. We do not go there often but when we do the workers are nice and there are always people gaming.

We will be at both Columbus BRs and maybe Krystal Keep and maybe Realm of Heroes.
 
Looks like I'm going to be at quite a few of these. Can't wait! No more 2nd place for me. I'm winning one this time!
 
Do the stores in Dayton/Kettering have power? My neighbor's parents live in Kettering and as of this morning they were still without power. Ryan, do you think you could contact them on Friday for a status and let us know here on the 'gym?
 
There could be some Texans at this event as well this weekend!!

Hope eveyone faired well in the storm! My sis-in-law is still having some power issues in Lewisburg!

Brent (taurik) stated that Krystal Keep is open. And I just called Bell Book and Comic, and they are open, and fully powered, but there are some spots on their street and surrounding area without power. I don't know what this could mean for those of us who like going to Marion's for lunch, or even for those who like to go to the near by Cirlce K for stuff.
 
I heard that on Sunday night, Marion's, even though they didn't have electricity, still had gas for their ovens, so they were still making pizzas (by flashlight)
 
Congrats to all the Winners! Congrats to the Staff!

I am very Proud of My K-Bear who won her first Battle Roads!!

Mech went 3-1 and finished 5th, not a bad showing since it went to resist. Hard to control the others win/loss!
