North Texas: 2009-2010 City Championships

Alright chubbs, going undefeated with all of that Luxray floating around just proves what a beast Blastiose is. Congrats, man.
 
Heh thanx to Tehas for having us. Dont usualy mind every making that short 3-4 hour drive for so well wanted points =).
But then agian i did only hit 1 Luxray deck.
 
GJ Sid. Def had to earn that one playing blastcatty. I gotta say, I was rooting for brandon to win so that two of the decks I made took first today.

Garland City Championship date is CONFIRMED. January 2nd at Comic Book Craze. Doors will open for registration/deck check at 10:00 a.m. Will we start round 1 PROMPTLY at 11:00 a.m.

DFW sweep in progress down in Austin , Texas right now. Futa won for jr's. David won for Sr's and Kettler was in 1st place with a 5-0 record when we left. I went 4-1 but it was only a top 4 cut with 5 rounds.
 
Week -3

Week two of the "City Championships" have come and gone!!! Congratulations to the victors!!!

Now for week three we ahead north, west and east. Week three brings us three difference "City Championships" on Saturday. If you will be traveling north, head to Tom Bean. Going out west, stop in Watagua. But, if you are going to GOD'S country, be sure and visit us in Tyler. The smell of natural Christmas trees are in the air!!! Where ever you may travel, good luck at the "City Championship" of your choice!!! :thumb::thumb:

By the way Mike, I ended up taking the win. : D

EDIT: I didn't specifically mean Ft. Worth - I was just under the impression that there was a Fort Worth area CC this past weekend.

Are you judging Robert W, or are you playing this weekend? I am guessing you are getting a ride to Tom Bean on 12th. Am I right?
 
The time of the Tom Bean Christmas parade has been changed from 10 AM to 11 AM. I am moving the Tom Bean Cities start time from 10:30 to after the parade, about 11:15. We will be playing 40 minute swiss rounds and 75 minute top cut rounds. Does anyone need directions to Tom Bean?
