HUGE BUG

Lugia´s Overflow doesn´t affect the prices taken off a knocked out Pokemon EX. It should be 3 but still is 2.

Another minor bug.

Attacks copied by Mew EX are still affected by resistence, as I found out when my opponent tried to walk around Lugias resistence to fighting by using his Mew EX to retaliate.


EDIT: Lugia had a drkness attached and Darkrai was on the field, so no News here.

Since the most recent update, every time I run PTCGO it goes to the refresher says patching complete so I hit play, looks like it's going to let me log in, but then goes right back to the refresher and its a cycle.

Help from anyone?
 
redeeming codes

I tried to read all the pages of this thread, but didn't find my answer.

When I click o the big blue box that say "redeem codes" it goes to a screen hat says "Scheduled Maintenance The Pokémon TCG Redemptions System is currently under development while we create new features for you. Thank you for your patience. "

Is this the only way to redeem codes?

I also recently purchased a"dragon pack" with 3 5 card boosters and all the cards were foil, but the code card didn't have te red triangles on it, that they say makes it official. Was this pack bogus? I bought it from a well known comicbook store.

No, that works just fine. You need to redeem the codes from within the actual software. If you try using the website, it won't work. Download and install the program, then go to the shop within the game's menu, and select redeem codes.
 
Thank you so much for your help! I figured out how to redeem the codes and then how to unlock redeemed booster pack points.

It doesn't even work anymore. Last match I played was against a Lugia deck. He killed Mewtwo with plasma gale and only took two prizes. He then killed my Lucario and only took one prize. Aside from first turn donking potential, Lugia is probably the worst EX online because of this glitch.
 
Not sure how exactly this bug works but sometimes when you mulligan a bunch of times, your opponent can sometimes choose an active Pokemon while you're still mulligan-ing and mulligan-ing. Once that happens, searchable cards like Skyla, Energy search, Level ball etc., seem to stop working.
 
Looks like Ditto may be glitched. The card says Special Conditions shouldn't be removed when you use Transform, but Poison was removed from mine when I used the Ability.

Cincinno's Smooth Coat Ability doesn't activate at all. It doesn't do anything.
 
I just noticed that Toxicroak's revenge does 90 even when your pokemon was KO'd by poison damage from laser. Pretty sure it's not supposed to work that way (but it does explain why Toxicroak does so well online).
 
OK I was playing the trainer challenge with the expert difficulty (thanks again for the info).
Right when I was about to get my 4th pack, blam "to many heap sections"...

BTW they really need to let us play the basic orange & power relay deck in this challenge...

Any suggestions for new theme decks to play this with?

I don't have any of the Next Destinies, don't have Toxic Tricks, the Zorarak one (Shadows), or the Excaliver one.
I would hope those two deck things they sell at Target/Walmart have the codes still?
 
The Basic RBG decks are better than all of the PCDs in my experience. None of the PCDs that I played could win past the 7th battle.

You can get packs for the trainer challenge? All I ever got was new cards for those decks :confused:
 
Play on expert to really speed up the process.
Cause it gives you about 5000 points if you win.

Just to note these packs & the cards inside are untradeable.
 
Deoxys EX's Helix Force adds only 30 damage for a Double Colorless Energy instead of 60; it counts it as one Energy when it should be two. I did 120 damage to a Mewtwo EX ((30+30)x2) instead of 180 (and then got hit with an X-Ball for much more damage).
