Pokémon TCG: Sword and Shield—Brilliant Stars

Ontario CC's Discussion Thread (10 CC Dates Are Up!!!And 1 Pre-CC Date!!!)

Thank you. Me too. Probably won't do that great since I'm a tad rusty. I can't make it to Oshawa, and I don't think Zach is planning on attending, so can someone get the info we need to add to this thread?

I'll be in Oshawa, so I'll try to update. No guarantees on Master's Top cut results as I'm unlikely to qualify and my load of Juniors will need to head home to get ready for the big day on Sunday.

Terry: Can you get someone from Geneses' Crew to get the results? They should know it.

2 more days until the biggest City Championship ever...

BTW, does anyone here have redshark? (other than Troy & Winston) If anyone does have it, join my network @

Well Matt, you must have practiced pretty well since you made top cut. I left at that point. I played Regigigas, and had a great time with all my matches. However I didn't do so well, going 2 and 3. Hey Paul - did you forget to send the memo out? I guess they didn't have to knock out any of my pokes, I did a good job by myself! Anyways the only things I regret is leaving before I got my cards that Zach owes me, and not giving the Cherim back to Matt before I left. Forgetfull I guess. Great day and great event though. Hope this Saturday's Orangeville event goes as smoothly, and with as much fun.

Sorry. Scott B is in Masters. It has ??? beside his name on the first post. He placed 4th at the Missisauga city championship. My little brother is a senior. Can I post his name?

I came in 5th due to Opponents Opponents win %. Oh well. I'm hoping to play a new deck :)
EDIT: Has anyone seen my Machamp deck in a Green Deckbox? I think I might have lost it :/

A big thank you to the 60+ people who came to the Oakville CC and hung out in the gym for 8+ hours. The decks were creative and the competition was intense, but for the most part, Spirit of the Game ruled the day. I was especially impressed with the Juniors, Seniors, and the High School and University students. My only issues were with the players who were over 40!

Special thanks to Terry for judging and Marvin for judging and PTOing.

See you all at Provincials in March.

And my hat is off to you Paul for your head judge work at 3 great Cities. Indeed I'm even more excited for the rest of the season.

I guess North York is not going to happen for you?

Yep, I enjoyed myself thoroughly at Oakville, even when I was losing. Sorry to hear none of the cities will work for you Paul. Also too bad for any who might have been able to go with you (for ratings points and other stuff), but perhaps you and they can make it up later. Provincials sounds good though. See you then. Great event today, lots of prizes given out. No one went home empty handed. Hope everyone had a good time today as well.

Don't forget I finished 5th at Oakville Zach... with a 4-1 record :nonono:, with the crazy Dusknoir deck
3 T-tar (Creswell version), 1 Magmortar, 1 AmphyZong so far. Definatly not what I expected to be winning cities.
