We don't know of any Flygon yet. It was just in Eidolon Forest and I don't think they'll do it again.

Its the Energy costs. You have Rayquaza's as MCC and Latias' as MCCC. But the first cost of each of those is on the divider line, meaning there's one more symbol before each. Rayquaza's attack has a cost of 4 Energy (?MCC - probably LMCC), and Latias is the same but 5.
Not too important but it makes them a whole lot less playable and some people think Rayquaza is good.

Hmm, that gives me an idea for some awsome Pokemon-STORM cards. Curse you lack of webdings as a forum font. Also curse the inevitable gif compression dequalitification. Finally curse the lack of a real word that comes to mind to replace dequalitification.
Hmm, something just occured to me. Is it Holon Energy Syn: FF, or Holon Energy [Syn:FF] as in Unown [A], ect.? Judging from the Ray translation, I'd be inclined to think the latter.

With different names, I think Ray would read "If a card with "Holon Energy" in its name is attached to Rayquaza, ignore the effect of Rayquaza's Thunder Attack."
