You're good! When I make decisions on the due date, I'll factor in these type of things! I've been informed the due date is tonight @8 MST with the last chance before I have to give losses on activity.

Yeah. He has not PM'ed you back I believe. So if you do not play your game today there should not be DGL.

What does that 0.5 win mean? I think it is not fair for me to get only part of a win because my opponent did not respond. That is like he did not show up in a real tournament so it should be like my opponent forfeited the match. I don't think it is right to punish a person for his opponent being inactive.

Okay I guess that makes sense lol. 1.0 to people that have their opponents active but not responding. I think it is fair to give people losses for inactivity because they did sign up for the tourney so they should have the responsibility to play their games and come on to at the least PM their opponents. Anyways I am not Punishing anyone lol.
Yeah that seems alot fairer now. :] But if my opponent still responds I'll obviously play him.

Okay. Well you have about 3 and half an hours. Since Round 1 started at 8:01 PM (Local Time which is in Michigan)

Could you please say what your rules are and stick with them? You have said several different things.
First, it seems unfair to be so strict on deadlines and not even give a weekend to play on(correct me if I'm wrong on this, I forget when it started exactly). Some people are buzy during the week.
Second, if someone is intentionally not responding to PMs, that is a game loss, if not a DQ.
Half a game makes no sense. It should either be a double game loss or give them time to play it out. If its clear people are trying, they shouldn't be penalized for conflicting schedules. Make a reasonable judgement to give them more time.
I apologize if it seems like I'm trying to run your tournament, but time and time again you keep changing your rules, being inconsistent, and it makes things hard to follow. I hope you will lay out specific rules and stick with them for the rest of the tournament.

I know this is kiind of though for me since I have had different people say different things. Here are the FINAL RULES on Game Losses. KP PLEASE READ.
If you contact your opponent and they are simply not active then you will get a win and your opponent will only lose half a point. If both players are active and are in contact because somethings have come up then each player will only be able to get .5 points the next round. However if you feel that your opponent is just ignoring PM's please PM me and I will contact them ASAP or KP if Round 2. If either me or KP sees that they are on and still see that they do not reply by looking at their profiles then they will get DQ'ed. LMK if that seems fair. I mainly just want to get all 5 rounds before the 28th. That is why I really don't want to give people extra time. I will be using these rules for the rest of the tourney.
I defiantly do not feel like you are running the tourney. You make total sense. This feels a little different. Because I did a tourney that was elimination. I will edit that Enigma has won immediately. Also you have about 30 minutes left.
ALSO PLEASE READ: Who would like to be a replacement of me in the tourney?
