You still haven't answered astand's question...
So I'm doing 100 damage turn 3 and you don't like that? Ah well.

afstand, maybe a Manectric PL line of 1-1 so that in the case of a tails coin flip there won't be too much damage on the table.

>.< Okay, I've taken some time to playtest with the youngest and have to conclude......that she's either extremely set on doing things her own way, or completely deaf to every word of advice I got. Which is weird because she wants to play (and I know she can do better then she let's on), but it all goes the following:

So after having played 3 games (Where she got help from her sister and I explained all the cards thoroughly when she wanted to use/play something), she starts with Baltoy en Wurmple in game 4 (Beautifly is the only deck I had build besides an over teched BlazeBlaze). T2 she get's Claydol out but want to end her turn prematurely despite having a Silcoon with Ascension as Active with 1 NRG attached. I'm like: "Aren't you forgetting something?" and I look at her while hinting at Claydol's Cosmic Power that I've explained about 6 times what it does and why it is in the deck. She replies with a short "No" to which are respond "Oh really now? You might want to look at your cards twice, cuz I see atleast 2 things you can do.". She reads every card in play (I know it's English and I know she understands it better then she let's on again). "Nope, I can't do anything." I'm like: -_____________-' "Okay, show me your hand so I can help you." She reveals Rare Candy, Dusk Ball, Bebe's Search and Roseanne's Research.....

Now I'm getting annoyed, not knowing if she is just being dumb on purpose or testing my limits. 1 thing is for sure, she isn't going to play Flygon.

Back to back posts merged. The following information has been added:

Well if you want your nieces to win any games against people who know how to play it is just bad.

._.
1. I am well aware that Suxray GL is in the format, But that is the only Lighting Pokemon that's played atm and needs Lucario GL or Lake Boundary to succesfully 1HKO Empoleon MD.
2. It's going to be played at an very small BR. There are never more then 5 Seniors and Juniors.
3. Luxray players tend to target Uxies and Claydols.
4. IT HITS 100 WITH EASE AND DOES IT CONSISTENTLY!!!111!!!one!!!1 It can 1 shot most SP and you bet I'm going to include Plus Power to get that 1HKO on Luxray X.

Well this just means that she wants something a bit easier to run then.

perhaps something stage 1 based (so you can use a ball engine rather than claydols) and requires little set up.....

The thing is, when her sis helped her, she was playing like a pro....not literally, but she played better and made choices of her own that made the game an actual game. When her sis walked away to watch tv, somehow, she got brain dead. *eye twitches*

Anyways, I'm having this thread locked. It's purpose died....hard.

That's the thing. She LIKES IT, she's just being dumb on purpose. I can't figure it out. What I can figure out is that I'm not going to put energy in it or her.
