Pokémon TCG: Sword and Shield—Brilliant Stars

Pokémon CaC Contest: Constant Expansions - Second Round Begins! Cards due June 21!!!

Since I made a Heracross, which has no pre-evolutions, may I make an alternate Heracross to make up for that fact? (I always intended this set's Heracross to have a Grass version to be its alternate, and wanted to know if this is the time.)

PIC: Grimer is seen in a grove of trees, running to the bottom left-hand corner of the frame. In the top corner of the frame, a Lucario is running in the opposite direction and trying to wipe an unidentifyable green goo from it's eyes. Grimers arms are extended as are the elbows of Lucario. The scene is at night and is done in a clean, campy style.

PokéBODY: Mimic

Muk Lv. X (P)
120 HP
Lv. X Pokémon (Place on your Active Muk)

PIC: Muk's purple "body" is oozing out of the frame and is actually covering the top edge of the Lv. X rules reminder text frame (and bleeds a bit onto the top of the text as well). Muk is also reaching out of the frame through the right frame as though signaling he is coming for you. The background is black and the holofoil design is done with yellow zig-zags, as though lightning were flashing behind Muk as he Leveled Up.

PokéPOWER: The Ancient Connection

Once during your turn, before you attack, you may change Muk's type to (G). You can't use this Power if Muk is affected by a Special Condition.

PokéBODY: Toxic Assets

If Muk damages the Defending Pokémon while (G)-type, the Defending Pokémon is now Poisoned.

The only explanation I feel I need to give here is the inclusion of 3 abilities on my Level X. Originally the Power and Body were one Power but since the last half of the Power functioned as a Body and both were short enough, I felt safe in using three static abilities there. Hope you enjoy!

Qwachansey...

Dratini:
Top stats: 5
All good.
Picture: 7
It was decent, but it didn't take up the required one line.
Powers/Bodies/Items/Attacks/etc.: 25
Makes sense for a Basic, but really, really boring.
Flavor Text: 2
The flavor text isn't long at all. Try for something longer next time.
Bottom stats: 5
Everything's there.
Grammar: -0
Nothing's a problem.
TOTAL: 44/55

Dragonair:
Top stats: 5
Picture: 6 points
Again, too short.
Powers/Bodies/Items/Attacks/etc.: 20 points
Silent Sea is underpowered compared to things like Furrett, and Hyper Beam is overpowered. A coin flip is almost mandatory.
Flavor Text: 2
Too short.
Bottom stats: 5
Grammar: -0
TOTAL: 38/55

Dragonite:
Top stats: 5
Picture: 8 points
Too short.
Powers/Bodies/Items/Attacks/etc.: 28 points
Giant Tail is underpowered.
Flavor Text: 0
Not applied to Pokémon LV.X.
Bottom stats: 4
Dragonites are resistant to [G] and [F] in the TCG, not [R].
Grammar: -3
Don't use + in text. It's "Pokémon LV.X, not Level X Pokémon. A damage value isn't needed for damage done to a new Defending Pokémon.
TOTAL: 42/50

AVERAGE: 124/160 = 77.55%

charmander, I HONESTLY forgot about this contest. Is late submission OK?

EDIT:pinsir Lv. X -100HP- [G]
Level Up Put onto Pinsir

PICTURE Pinsir is charging to the right out of the frame, body tilted and pincers opened. His left arm is pulled up adn his right down in a run. He is looking at the viewer. A greenbackground with shredded tall grass.

Poke-Body Intense Spirit
As long as you have no Evolved Pokemon in play, ignore any attack clause that would prevent Pinsir from using an attack.

Poke-Body Dominance Aura
As long as Pinsir is your Active Pokemon, no more Level Up cards may be played.

Poke-Body Unwieldy
If Pinsir would Knock Out any Pokemon with a maximum HP of 60 or less, that Pokemon is not Knocked Out, and that Pokemon's remaining HP becomes 10 instead.

Thank you for your grading.

Quick questions:

About the short flavor text, I very rarely see flavor texts with more than one sentence. However, I understand they are short - but would two sentences be okay in the future?

About Dragonair:

When I made it, I was looking at Dragonair from Base, and I adjusted the energy and damage due to modern energy usage. So I will ask you this:

Did you grade this before or after you went to a Prerelease? If you pulled an Alakazam, Hyper Beam does seem overpowered. :)

Questions about pictures:

What could I add to Dragonite X's picture? When I look at Level X's, all I see is the Pokemon, perhaps with stuff like thunderbolts coming out of them. I thought Dratini's picture idea was cool, what is wrong with it? Dragonair's I thought went really well with its peaceful theme.

Thank you for answering these questions.

Pichu Lv.8 HP 50 [L]

Picture: A Pichu running playfully into a dark forest. Twilight is just starting to fade into night, and a few sparkles of electricity can be seen where the Pichu had just been.

:ppowr: Baby Evolution
Once during your turn (before you attack), you may put Pikachu from your hand onto Pichu (this counts as evolving Pichu) and remove all damage counters from Pichu.

:pbody: Crashing Thunder

As long as Raichu is your Active Pokémon, put 1 damage counter on each Pokémon that already has damage on it (both yours and your opponents) between turns.

LV.X rule: Put this card onto your Active Raichu. Raichu LV.X can use any attack, Poké-Power, or Poké-Body from its previous Level.

Don't say "LVX" in the text.
TOTAL: 48/55

I don't wanna be disrespectful or anything, but the judging seems to be taking a bit longer than announced (unless it's being done behind the scenes, ninja-style.) Is it likely to be done by the end of the week, as announced, or is it likely to delay the next round?
