Budew Lv 6 Hp 40 [G]
Basic Pokémon
Poké-Power: Baby Pokémon
Once during your turn (before you attack), you may put Roselia from your hand onto Budew (this counts as evolving Budew) and remove all damage counters from Budew.
[G][G] Repeat Absorb
Move a number of damage counters from Budew to the Defending Pokémon up to the number of [G] Energy cards attached to Budew.
Weakness: [R] +10
Resistance:
Retreat: [C]
Picture: Budew is bouncing along happily through a grassland on a sunny day. There is little else to note about the picture.
Tect: Virtually all of Budew's attacks inflict status or steal HP. If not prepared for, it can be a difficult Pokémon to KO, especially for starting trainers with water Pokémon.
Roselia Lv 26 Hp 70 [G]
Basic Pokémon
Poké-Body: Grass Roots
If Budew is anywhere under Roselia, Roselia may use any of Budew's attacks, Poké-Powers, or Poké-Bodies as its own. Each of Budew's attacks cost [G] more to use.
[G][C] Anchor 30
Until the end of your next turn, the retreat cost of the Defending Pokémon is [C][C] more.
Weakness: [R] +20
Resistance:
Retreat: [C]
Picture: Roselia is staring at a picture of a Budew. It can be assumed that it is the Budew in the picture.
Tect: Roselia's assortment of grass-type attacks can make escaping it a difficult task. Being a Pokémon with considerable special attack, going offensive quickly is sound advice rather than failing a retreat.
Roserade Lv X Hp 110 [G]
Place onto Roserade
Poké-Body: Tied Knot
If either player wishes to retreat their Active Pokémon (except [G] Pokémon), the Energy discarded must be basic Energy of the same type as the Pokémon.
[G][C][C] Tie Up 50
Move one Energy card attached to the Defending Pokémon to one of your opponent's Benched Pokémon. Then, select one Energy card attached to one of your opponent's Benched Pokémon, and move it to the Defending Pokémon.
Weakness: [R] x2
Resistance: None
Retreat: [C]
Picture: Roserade is planting its arms into the ground and making many vines pop up on both sides of it. The vines extend outside the card image.

Alright, to quicken things up, I'm going to eliminate two people, and give some rewards to two people.
I'll start with the winners.
Back to back posts merged. The following information has been added:
NidoPrince scored a 94, and Godzilfirefly scored a 92. They each win a prize. Because this is the first grading round, I'll start with a simple prize of +5% in any round.
As for elimination, GlaceonFTW scored a 53% and vadrake scored a 60%. They are both eliminated. Adios. Good luck in future contests.
I'll post details of the third round later tonight.
