any guesses as to the cities they'll be held in? My guess is: St Louis (only big city in Missouri, correct me if I'm wrong), Houston (central Texas location), Bay Area (central Cal location)

There's also Kansas City, but St. Louis would be more likely, I'd think.

Houston (central Texas location),

Central? More like Southeast. It's no more than an hour away from Galveston (Gulf shore). And whenever something comes to just one location in Texas, it seems like it always ends up in Dallas. (I spent 5 years living in the Houston area, so I'd know)

Bay Area (central Cal location)

I don't know. California has too many big cities to keep track of.

On the Second game, where one is given a map of the USA, and three chances to guess where the three cities are. Hot being the most likely, and Cold being the least likely, I feel fairly safe in saying, that one of the states represented by "Hot" is one that no one has mentioned yet, and honestly, when I thought about it, it made perfect sense.

The place where Pokemon began in North America.

Topeka, Kansas

I believe that Kansas is one of the states, quite possibly Topeka.

Skywolf: When you click Kansas, it doesn't give a pop-up message saying "You found state #X: Kansas" the way it does for Missouri, Texas, and California.

Orange Soda: I must not be doing it right then, because I get no written confirmation at all. Just a bar stating hot or cold, and when I click on the corresponding state, it is signified with the corresponding colour, according to the legend on the right hand side. KS was "HOT", and so I was just going by this. If it is MO, that is great news for our players in the midwest.

I might just try to make that one. I have always wanted to go to St. Louis.

You can only do a certain state at a time. If they want you to find Texas, even if California is one of them, it won't show up as one, if you get what I mean.

Well, if you're asking me (and I'm sure you all are ;) ) My guesses are St. Louis, MO (maybe Kansas City), Houston or Dallas, TX (maybe Austin or San Antonio), and Los Angeles, San Francisco, or San Diego, CA (maybe Sacremento). It would be nice to know which cities so I can gather up my field agents.

Forget San Francisco and Sacremento. They have probably already had the places scheduled, so it will probably be at a convention center. My guess is San Diego or LA.

Actually, I've done some reasearch, and no convention center (and yes, threre are convention centers in the Bay Area) has put a PRA event on their calender. So, the events could reallly be anywhere.

Too small. It's good for giving out EON tickets, but there isn't enough space for everything Nintendo is suggesting will be there. Perhaps a hotel (which typically doesn't announce what events will be there when).

Ya, it'll be at a hotel.

I also play MTG and the pre-releases are always at hotels. And they arn't annonced untill they are officaly annonced, so hang on Bay Area people we arn't totoly out of they question.

But, you also have to remember that this isn't just a TCG thing either. It involves everything Pokémon related. Also, the info at Pokémon.com also suggests that its a more than one day event.

I just thought of something!!! It could be something like the Cube Clubs that Nintendo had a year ago where they rented empty spaces and set up all the Camecube demos. If so, that helps narow the choices down a bit.

If a city in any of those 3 states didn't have Pokémon Heores in the first week and a Cube Club event; chances are they wont have this event either.

Pokemon Heroes was released everywher near LA the first week. I went to two different theatres, one by myself and one with my old friend, Jason. However, I am not sure on the Cube Clubs because I have never heard of those. I think that it is possible that one of the cities will be LA, or somewhere close by.

I wonder if there will be more than one city for each state? I don't remember if Pokemon.com said that it would only be in one city of the three states.

My thought as well. There is a very good chance that one of the cities could be LA; especially now that we know that an ex Dragon pre-relese will be held here.

BTW: A Cube Club was held in LA last year. It was held in Hollywood on the corner of Hollywood and Highland; about two or three blocks from the Kodak Theater.
