How can you teach a poliwrath dynamicpunch? I couldn't find a way to do it, but it works on netbattle.

If I am in the wild and its allready raining is that automatically increase my Thunder to 100%?
Anywhere on the field where it is raining creates a "permanent" Rain Dance effect (unless replaced with Hail, Sandstorm, or Sunny Day, and then if the battle lasts more than 5 turns, the weather returns to "normal" (i.e. it won't start raining again).

The same thing applies to intense sunlight caused by Groudon's escape and the sandstorm in the Desert.

I'm pretty sure the Rain/Sunny/Sandstorm effect on the feild is perminent (sp?) if going on on the screen prior to start of battle, though I've never battled a wild pokemon for 5 turns to test this, I'm confident in my answer here...

castform transform if the weather is sunny, raining or hail. If its sunny, castfrom transform into a fire type. if raining, castform = water and if hailing castform= ice

Also it has the move Weather Ball, which changes type and power depending on weather

Anybody ever try Skill Swaping Forcast to see what happens???

Ditto.....

I would use a Special Politoad, but If you want Physical I would say like Return or Brick Break or Sub + Focus Punch....

Dont know if you found the answer to your original question so I thought I would answer it, its a Move Tutor move in Emerald only. I think in BF, but I could be wrong
