Does Sunny Day increase fire type moves accuracy just like rain dance increases thunder accuracy?

No, it just takes away the charge turn for Solar Beam. It also increases the healing moves Morning Sun, Synthesis, and I believe Moon Light to 75% healts instead of 50%

I may have just miss understood you, but it reduces Moonlight, which makes sense, you know, "Sunny Day"

It sounded like you were saying it raises its healing power, which it doesn't.
