Maybe the weirdest could be Dodrio. Who could live with 3 friends, and different personalities. I would definently can't!
 
Brock's Lombre isn't dumb. It may dance around a lot, but it most certainly is not dumb. In fact, it is also powerful since it knows a combination of grass and water moves.

I'd say the weirdest freakiest looking Pokemon would be Dexoys.
 
Most Cheerful is Ludicolo. It's the carefree pokemon. Extremely cheerful just look at the pokedex description. Maybe I'mm wrong, but I heavily doubt it.

And just a tip, Steelix is the longest. Metagross and Alakazam may as well tie for smartest. I thought Sunkern was the smallest... either my book has an error or... nope. It must have an error. It says 1 inch.

Most Low Profiled: Has to be dunsparce There are 2 cards of it, and it's out in the middle of nowhere, in some remote, optional place in the vid game. Plus it's pretty hard to find there...
(in my opinion) Stupidest idea: Mankey Seriously, how many people have mankey as a favorite Pokémon... A pig monkey?!?! Monkeys scare me, pigs scare me, monkeys are nasty, Mankey scares me!
