The most dangerous could sort of be Wobuffet because of Spell Tag, and Counter, and Mirror Coat. Also, for its high HP stat. The most annoying would be Tentacool. While you're surfing you keep on colliding into Tentacool, and feel like you have to use Repels. Tentacools when they appear drive people nuts!

mew would fit into 3 catagories. first it's the strongest because in the first movie mew was hit dead on by mewtwo's physhock and wasnt even phased and did some damage to mewtwo with her physhock. second she's the cuteist. you can tell just by looking at her. third she is the rareist. just look at the pokedex data that says "so rare that it is considered to be a mirage by many experts. only a few have seen it."
 
That's a movie. Statistically, Mew is not the strongest. If I recall, it's on par with Celebi. The strongest would be between Mewtwo and Rayquaza, in terms of stats.

The only problem with mew as 'rarest' being that Mew has been noted for having, at one time, a fairly prevelant species. Since it's an 'ancient' Pokemon, it's rare in the same sense that Fossil Pokemon and the lot are rare.

I think something that evolved from a Virus, or perhaps awakens to grant wishes every thousand years would have to be a lot rarer than something that used to actually have quite a few of itself running around. ;)
 
in fact ther is only one mew left out of what used to be thousands so by the sence of scientests that would make mew the rareist and this thread is based on opinion
 
and also celibi is not even close to being the strongest because in the movie Pokemon 4 Ever celebi was almost ko'ed by a houndoom and scither
 
Correction, a Dark Houndoom and Scizor.
Even Mew could be KO'd by those dark Pokemon.
And I don't think Celebi or Mew is the strongest.

Milotic, yes, first have to find it.
That's tough.
Then, you must evolve it by maxing it's beauty.
That's tough too.
So, technically, Milotic is the rarest.

MAGIKARP IS NOT USELESS!!! :mad: How could someone who evolves into gyarados be useless?! I think the most useless pokemon is Dunsparse. (not in the card game though)

Wouldn't the hardest to catch be Feebas? All you have to do is go to an event, or just simply use the glitch.
 
Once you find a Feebas you know were to cach them. you can find feebas in 6 squares in the river. once you find one of the spots you will be rooling in feebas. in those 6 squares you will find more feebas than anything else. the 6 squares change when the phrase in Duferd Island is changed. :D

Just a quick point on rating intelligence: computers are dumb. Seriously, the processessing powers of computers are not that great. Its how they are programmed and set up that make them "seem" smart, and that they can work endlessly on a problem without needing sleep or food. To get an idea, take a high-end graphing calculator. Equivalent brain-power is that of something that is brainless: a worm (worm's have a nerve mass that functions like a brain, but is not technically a brian). I think super computers aren't even technically at human level yet. Oh, and I suggest you ignore somethings, like the supposed IQ of 5000. The "Intelligence Quotient" tests are not really reliable-afterall, one test has trouble comparing people of two differnt cultures, especially if there is a large technological divide. The smartest low-tech "Primitive" could be smarter than some random kid, but the way the tests are set up, guess who shows smarter results?

Coolest: I think magnitric
Largest: snorlax
Most expensive: Entei, Rikou, Suicune, Latias, Latias (Tie) (you have to buy so many frekin Balls to catch them)
