Everytime a new POP set is going to be released we have an 8 page article full of ideas that people want that will never come true, then we get a set full of useless commons and unusable cards with alternate art.

I believe the Walrein's a Basic Pokemon because it's an "owner's" Pokemon card. Which also explains why it has 80 HP. Heh, I agree though, it looks like an old era card.
