Empoleon - Eh, worst of the new Starters IMO. Power's nice, but MD Empo beets it so bad. Still, if the Power is played at the right time, it could be devastating. I'm betting it will be a tech in Empo MD decks, instead of DP Empo.
Infernape - GOD! Flippy, but still - Close Combat T2 OHKOs Pachi, Phione, Stantler, Sentret! Heat Wave is what makes this card so good though, well, and Flame Dance. T1 80 damage, with 20 to each Bench? then again, next turn! BROKEN! Well, if you're lucky, at least. I can see it run in a deck like Fire TRUK, only instead of Delcatty, Bronzong MT, or, of course, by itself. 120 HP is the most ANY Infernape has ever had. However, Psychic Weakness hurts, Gardevoir does 90, but then again, Gardy 2HKOs it even without Weakness.
Torterra - Pretty cool, Solar Song is awsome, Crash Impact, while not baing the best, is still pretty good. It can provide slight disruption if needed. Ground Shake, I like, it makes it harder for your opponent's to put Basics on their Bench. 140 HP is awsome. Water Weak isn't so awsome.
