The professor email is clearly stated as [email protected] on the "contact us" link on the POP pages; do you really expect Mike or Dave to have their personal work email public for all to use? Were that the case, they'd never get any real work done!

Wow, so you're frustrated with things? Join the club; I'm sorry you're embarassed, but bringing things like this publically to _this_ board is just ridiculous IMO. There are clear 'official' channels of communication set up; why not use them...especially when you posted _this_ particular post AFTER work hours here on the West Coast?

Ben, I don't have a problem that you posted this to the OP forums. It was a legitimate issue that ended up being widespread. Had you sent a private email to [email protected], we might have thought that this was an isolated case, and not caught all of it. I do have a problem with you double posting; once on the POP forums and once here.

You need to understand that POP is VERY busy group of people. We don't have time to check the forums every 10 minutes. I personally check them about twice a day. If we don't get back to you two minutes after you post, remain calm. We'll handle your issue or answer your question in a timely manner.
