You don´t really want all those evolutions in your hand. There are 5 spots on bench, 6 evolutions are more than enough. And well, that´s why we´ve got farmer.

2 is enough. With 3 you seem to hope for some nice magnemite starts, 2 is enough to back up if one is prized. You don´t really want it after your castform got its energy if all goes well-even if not, there are those 2.
-1 holon adventurer
You don´t want , absolutely not 3. Question is one or two, i would prefer two. Mary is better in most situations anyway.

You want to maximize the change for t1 delta draw with as many pokes as possible. In the other hand, it´s a good card to disc lategame when you have nothing else to disc&still, you have 2 different energys to search with it anytime.

Best possible straight draw for raichu, so why not? Since castform is so popular nowdays, you could consider putting copycats in instead of marys, but that´s all depending on your areas metagame.
i would prefer also:
-2 energy root
Yes, it gives your pokemon 20 more hp. Also yes, it gives your opponent tactical advantage that is about impossible to read. You don´t want your opponent to take 2-3 prizes a turn when he throws a single windstorm.
+3 card
There are choices. Copycats if you feel your deck is not working good enough, strenght charm is a good tech in here, warp point is more than useful vs. some decks, another legacy if you are expecting much crystal beach'es.
One last thing, you will have nice times out there without heal. I would pref going with 2 heal 2 metal, but that´s up to you.
