I was surprised to see that neither Guzma nor Counter Catcher could dislodge Regirock XY49 from the Active Spot due to his Omega Barrier ability (Whenever your opponent plays a Trainer card excluding Pokemon Tools and Stadium cards, prevent all effects of that card done to this Pokemon). The wording of the two Trainers seems (to me) to suggest the benched Pokemon is the target, but since it would have an effect on Regirock, I can see why his ability prevents it.
I assume a card that negates/removes abilities from Basic Pokemon such as Silent Lab or Wobbuffet [PHF] would then allow you to target Regirock?
*EDIT* By luck (well, not really, PTCGO seems to generate certain matchups against my deck), I just used Wobbuffet [PHF] in the active spot to allow me to target Galvantalu [TEU] with the similar ability (Unnerve). I assume if that works, that Silent Lab would work as well (against Regirock XY49 but not Galvantula [TEU] who is Stage 1).
