Ok I changed the list a little bit after few test games.
Pokemon:
3x Budew(DP)
4x Rhyhorn(EM)
3x Rhydon(DP)
4x Rhyperior(DP)
2x Chikorita d(DF)
1x Bayleef d(DF)
2x Meganium d(DF)
=19
Trainer:
4x Holon Transciever
3x Holon Mentor
1x Holon Adventurer
1x Holon Scientist
1x Holon Researcher
1x Holon Farmer
2x Celio's Network
4x Rare Candy
4x Mr. Briney's Compassion
3x Windstorm
4x SSU
1x Holon Circle
=29
Energy:
4x Scramble
3x DRE
1x Warp Energy
2x Fighting Energy
1x Heal Energy
1x Holon's Magnemite
=12
So the strategy is to deck the opponent with continous Briney/SSU and Rhyperior Combo. Or if they play ex heavy decks you can simply hit them down with Rhyperior. But remember to have more prizes than your opponent in the beginning if you think that you can win the game with hitting them down. Budew is for beginning, you can sacrifice 1-2 of them in beginning.
I edited Meganium to the list because it's just GREAT with SSU's and Brineys. It also helps with getting fast many Rhyperiors out with Budew.

Search your discard pile for 3 in any combination of Pokemon and Basic Energy cards, show them to your opponent, and shuffle them into your deck.
So here we find a different strategy. Use Delcatty's to draw the cards you need. You can Sacrifice the Chimlings like in the original build. Come behind disturbing with Rhyperior's and Delcatty exs power. Use Scrambles for hitting, other energy for discarding. DREs are great for late game.
I need/want fixes for the both of the lists, so fix/comment which you want to or both, your choice. Thanks in advance.
