Rocket’s Mewtwo #8 best - does it exist?

In going through my on-hand cards, as well as looking at online auctions, as well as the timeline published here - I am doubtful that a non-winner stamped version of Best of Game #8 and #9 (Rocket's Mewtwo and Rocket's Hitmonchan ) exist. Anyone can confirm? Anyone have them in-hand?

I have never seen a non-Winner version of either of these cards.

Thanks to you both. The timeline linked above does cite "Season 8 Rocket’s Mewtwo #8 best", although Bulbapedia only refers to these two cards with winner stamp.

The dates of the league cycle might not be correct. Bulbapedia would have the correct dates.

I'm trying to prove/disprove the existence of Best #8 and #9 without winner stamp. I believe they don't exist.

While not conclusive proof, I looked at one of the collections and we do not have non-winner stamped versions.
